Daddy Kev's Alpha pup records is kindof like Celestial Recordings with new money and no Hive. Atleast I don't think Hive's involved. But Daddy Kev, Awol One, Omid, Paris Zax, and edIT have become involved in shaping the labels sound. The mixes they've got available for download are are pretty good and remind me of what it was like when you could get away with playing underground hiphop on the east coast without shutting the kitchen down.
